(Food Review) Latest Ramen outlet in Sunway Pyramid - Menya Miyabi Hokkaido Ramen!
It's been a while since I last blogged about Food as I don't usually go for "High Carbs, High Fats, High Sugar" food.
To maintain a toned body shape isn't easy as ABC. But hey, we are allowed to have a cheat day, especially when it's your dinner-time with your partner!
We came across this new ramen outlet as baby boo read some "okay" reviews about this place.
He suggested to try their ramen since both of us are always big fans of GOOD Japanese Ramen!
This place isn't that huge to fit many big groups but it is decent enough to hang out with your friends and family.
Their kitchen concept is open-kitchen concept as you get to observe the way they prepare the food.
You may smile at the chefs if you think it is yummy to motivate them.
It had been listed as the most authentic Japanese Ramen on the internet.
DO NOT ORDER THIS! Mine wasn't fresh.
I tasted some weird taste though.
Tonkatsu (Pork Broth) RM25
If you like the salty, strong taste of pure pork broth, you may opt not to add clear soup.
If you think it is a little salty for you, you may opt to add clear soup to dilute it slightly.
To us, tonkatsu is just alright. Nothing to be shout about.
Yaki-Miso (Fried Soybean Paste Flavour) RM25
This is a must to try! I rarely see this flavour at any other ramen stores.
It isn't too salty! Aromatic Miso taste as it is fried miso.
The slice of pork is nicely-cut and very tender.
The egg is yummy as well.
Ramen is not instant noodle!
They are different in terms of taste and texture.
I always like freshly-made ramen.
By the way, be mindful that the portion of the ramen in this outlet is a little too small for the price.
Well, maybe the rental is more expensive?
