Niko Niko Onigiri@Damansara Uptown.

 Niko Niko Onigiri.

This shop is famous in SS15 Subang.
They have one new branch which is located in Damansara Uptown.
Good for people who stay in PJ and lazy to drive up to subang, like me. =D

So....what is Onigiri?

"O-nigiri (お握り or 御握り; おにぎり?), also known as o-musubi (お結び; おむすび?), nigirimeshi (握り飯; にぎりめし?) or rice ball, is a Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or oval shapes and often wrapped in nori (seaweed)."

(Wikipedia 2013)
*I know Wikipedia is not a reliable source though*

 Green Tea RM1.

 Small Shop but nice ambiance.
Simple furnitures and not too much of decorations.

You will feel hungry once you stepped into this shop!

Miso Soup which comes in the set of two onigiri, miso soup and salad.

RM8.90 for the set.

Tempura Onigiri, Scallop Fringe and Raw Salmon.

With potato salad and katsu at the side of the plates.

 Zha Jiang Noodles RM12.

I don't like this.
I don't feel the taste of zha jiang but Sesame OIL!
and the seasoning actually tastes like instant noodles-like seasonings.

I believe they can really improve on this.

 Scallop Fringe.

This is a must order onigiri in this shop!

 Tempura Onigiri.

Raw Salmon Onigiri.

Normal to me because it needs soy sauce to boosts up its taste.

Purple Cane Tea Restaurant @ Shaw Parade.

It's quite rare for me to post about Chinese Food.

This is a restaurant with the concept of preparing their food with tea.
It sounds really unique so we decided to give it a shot.

The ambiance is influenced by the modern.
I actually like how they decorated the restaurant.
A very comfy restaurant.

Successfully overcome the obstacles of using chopsticks to eat. *wink*

Ordered Shui Xian(水仙) for 2 pax(RM2/pax).

I have to decide on most of the dishes and even for choice of tea because my boyfriend couldn't understand chinese. *Awww*

You all must be thinking why are there two pots of tea?

Note 2 somehow accompany him more than I do. T__T

What can I do when my boyfriend was playing with his phone?
Camwhore. =/

Green Tea Rice(绿茶饭) (RM1.80 per portion)
*Note: It's free flow of rice*

I like the taste and aroma of the rice.
Very lightly taste of tea but not too strong.

Tomato Prawn Egg(西红柿虾仁炒蛋)RM12

The combination of tomatoes, prawns and egg is perfect!

Anchovies Egg (银鱼煎蛋) RM10

They use the more expensive kind of anchovies.
For a non-anchovies lover like me, I actually love it!

The anchovies are surprisingly crispy and sweet!
No sauce is needed for this!
Oh yum!

And the price is actually worth it!

Pumpkin Beancurd (金瓜烩豆腐) RM18

I was expecting more of the pumpkin taste but sadly, I didn't get to taste any pumpkin at all.
It is only the gravy with the colour of pumpkin. =(

3 dishes for 2 persons.

Too much?
Nah~ My boyfriend helped me to finish the leftover one again. *evil grins*

Have some tea and smile. =)

Sony's Wet Party - Launch of Walkman NWZ-W273.

Julie Woon and the sexy muscular hunks.

Was invited to Sony's Wet Party for the launching of the new Sony Walkwan NWZ-W273 at Mai Bar, Aloft KL Sentral.

Yours truly and my friend, Estelle.
                                                   The Sony Walkman. Waterproff yo!

                                                     The sexy Julie Woon. (:

The sexy mermaid wearing the Sony Walkman. Even mermaid
                                          enjoys music underwater too :P

Malaysian synchronized swimming team showing off what
the Sony Walkman can do. Waterproof at its best!

Posing with the awesome Sony Walkman.

There were other water-proof Sony products too, such as the recently launched Xperia Z Smartphone and Xperia Tablet Z, Cyber-shot DSC-TX30) and some really cool and comfortable headphones.

More info on the headphones at

Meet Kelly, Louise and Julie Woon (:

Remember all these gadget we used to buy when Sony
used to dominate the portable music player world?

The various colors of the waterproof walkman. I bet
you know which color I love :P
The launch of the water-proof Walkman is a chance for Sony to be back in the game. The device has controls with various basic button to allow easy access to adjust volume control, play and pause of the music on-the-go. It has 4GB of memory on board which is close to 1000 songs. I bet its enough for a road trip provided you dont bring a whole load of music library with you.
8 hours of music on full charge is quite okay and the quick charge function allows you to quickly charge before leaving the hose. 3 minutes of charge equals to close to 60 minutes of continuous music.

A well-spent night at Loft, Kl Sentral. =)

Sony has been known to be the market leader in terms of audio player and its user friendly music players and this is no different. Packing a punch in audio quality, the player continues the legacy of Sony to be one of the best performance in audio quality and user friendly audio player. Its signature quality crystal clear highs, deep bass and powerful sound typically found in Sony’s high-end headphones is what you'll get here on top of the waterproof feature.

The Sony Walkman NWZ-W273 is a water-proof, all-in-one digital music player designed to conveniently and comfortably wear to the gym, the trail, the treadmill, and now, even into the pool and is priced at the suggested retail price of RM299.00 in Malaysia.

Oiso Korean Restaurant @ The Sphere, Bangsar South.

Came all the way from Subang to Bangsar South for Bread Basket right after my job interview .
Came across this restaurant and their price range caught my attention.

It is a very traditional korean restaurant with a teensy of modern influence.

A must try drink - Korean Rice Tea.

RM0.90. Not Refillable.

OISO - The best recipe comes from the heart.

I seldom take pictures with my teeth shown because I think that I don't look good with this smile. =(

Boyfriend ignored me on the day because he had to fix his phone. =(

 Seafood Bibimbap set RM14.90.

It was my first time trying Korean Seaweed Soup and yes, I love it.
This set is surprisingly big portion.
I was expecting a smaller bowl. =D

 *This is not Kimchi Jigae*

Spicy Soy Bean soup set RM14.90(If I'm not mistaken).
Finished all of it I have to say more? =D

Kimchi Pancake RM10.90.

Portion is not too big and its taste is spicy enough to satisfy my taste buds. =P
