A great passion in wine has brought David Stephen, the founder of WineTalk the introduction of WineTalk.

Before I continue with the brief introduction of WineTalk, I would like to do a very short introduction about David Stephen. David Stephen is born and raised in France. He fell in love with wines when he was only 17 years old. Since then, wine has became part of his life. He completed hospitality and sommelerie in professional school for 4 years which provided him the sufficient knowledge in wine. Not only that, he also did internships in various hotels and restaurants then followed by the professional career in the Caribbean and China. He has been passionate about wines for about 20 years.

WineTalk is an Online Wine Purchasing site. It promises the customers with GUARANTEED SATISFACTION, GUARANTEED PRICE, DELIVERED TO YOUR HOME.

Kiwi Walk Sauvignon Blanc - Mariborough, New Zealand.

It is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
It has sour taste but no worries, it is not too sour for your preference.

Kiwi Walk is an additicvely crisp and fresh wine. It is sourced from premium vineyards in Mariborough and produced by Yealands Estate, New Zealand's premier sustainable winegrower.

Super friendly SB, fresh and addictive wine for your choice!

Gerard Bertrand 'Art De Vivre' Grenache Rose - Languedoc, France.

It is a 100% Grenache Gris. It is sour with the high acidic level with a little cooling sensation and the aroma of Rose.
It is the kind of Rose Wine you will love.
I personally love this wine because the unique smell of Rose.

France is the world's largest Rose producers. They combined wine and rose to create the unique sensation of wine. The Rose wine has then became the perfect introduction to the classics of the region

For prefect taste, pair it with a nice BBQ and shared it with your friends and family!

La Closerie des Lys Pinot Noir - Languedoc, France.

It is a 100% Pinot Noir. It has a light colour as compared to other types of Pinot Noir. It is fruitful, aromatic and stronger in terms of alcoholic level.

This Pinot Noir has an expressivenose of black cherry and spices with a beautiful attack. This is ample and fruity with a fresh final and delicate oak hints.

It is best served with some roast duck or grilled lamb chops.

Finca Sobrenflo 'Crianza' - Toro Spain.

It is a 100% Tinta de Toro(Tempranillo). It has a pretty bouquet of blueberry jam and raspberry that is well-defined. The palate is well-balanced, with a smooth, silky texture, crisp acidity and a citrus, fresh, primal finish.

'Crianza' is part of the Spanish ageing classification, going in the order of Joven, Crianzo, Reservo and finally, Gran Reservo. The Crianza need to have aged for a minimum of two years, of which at least 6 months aged in oak barrels.

For the full enjoyment, pair it with grilled lamb.

Patiently tasting the wines one by one. =)

A great experience as I learned more about wines and gained more knowledge about wines as well.

Louis Guntrum 'Royal Blue' Riesling - Rheinhessen, Germany.

It is a 100% Riesling. It is sweet and smooth. It contains around 10g of sugar which it is called as a touch of sugar.

Did you know that the sweeter the wine, the lower the alcohol level? *Fact*

The 'Royal Blue' is an off-dry wine, boasting some sugar and a very soft 9.5% alcohol level.

Another fact to know:
12% & over - DRY
8% to 12% - OFF-DRY
Below 8% - SWEET

It is an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Best pair with lightly spicy food, roasted duck or smoked meats.

It is a very addictive fresh wine.

Logan 'Apple Tree Flat' Shiraz - Mudgee, New South Wales, Australia.

It is a 100% Shiraz. It is strong but not the strongest among the wines we tasted in the night. The after-taste of this wine is surprisingly strong.

Shiraz comes the Rhone Valley, in South/Central France where it is called Syrah. Shiraz is named after an actual city in Iran, the birthplace of the varietal. It usually means it is a lighter, softer version of the wines. (Strong but not the strongest, as I said)

A softer version of Aussie Shiraz but still delicious.
