West Lake Garden, Sunway Resort Hotel is now offering a variety of 4 types of menus to choose from RM1188++ to RM2012++ for a table of 10 people.

Below are the package of RM1688++ for a table of 10 people. =)

The menu had been named as "Golden Dragon", 龙飞凤祥。

#2 King Pu with Hokkaido Scallop Yee Sang
金蒲北海道扇贝捞生

Usually I don't eat Yee Sang because of the strong ginger taste and lack of sauce but this one is an exception!
It is without the yucky ginger taste and the amount of sauce is just nice. =D

#3 金银财宝请来到,佳盈肯定惜多福。=D

#4 Double-Boiled Shark's Fin Soup with Japanese Scallop and Fish Maw
干贝花胶炖金钱翅

This one is slightly different because it is not the usual type of Shark's Fin Soup we have.
This one is the non-sticky type which won't contribute more to our calories intake and we won't feel full that soon. =D

#5 Deep-fried Crispy "Ying Yang" Chicken
鸳鸯香脆杏花鸡

At the very sight, I thought it is pork. Oops! It isn't!
It actually is chicken with the bottom layer of crispy almond. Oh yum! =D

#6 Oh yummy yum! =)))

#7 Braised Eight Headed Abalone with Black Moss, Dried Oyster and Cabbage
发财蚝士发头鲍鱼

Frankly speaking, I personally don't like dried oyster because of the taste. Yes, I am choosy. =D
But overall, this is good. =D Abalone is just nice, not too chewy, not too raw. =D

#8 Tim and the illusionist. =D

#9 Sunway Resort Hotel actually hired an illusionist to entertain us? o.o
Oh well, we did enjoy it very much. =D

Of course, he is cute. =P

#10 Steamed Estuary Garoupa with Shredded Ginger and Dried Fruit Peel

Either the fish is too old or what, the meat a bit hard but the gravy is awesome! =D

#11 Chef is presenting his dish proudly. =D

#12 Steamed Fresh Water Prawn with Garlic and Glass Noodle
蒜蓉粉丝蒸大虾

Must try the glass noodle with the gravy.
Perfecto! =P

#13 I dislike ginger but love garlic. Hehehe. =P

#14 Claypot Rice with Waxed Duck and Mushroom
沙煲香菇腊味煲饭

My 1st time trying rice with Ba Gua! Nice try though. =DD
Quite yummy. =P

#15 Not too oily, not too salty. =D

#16 Chinese New Year Sweet Fancy Duet
新春双辉美点

I thought the brown ones would be some Malay Kuih, but it is not!
It is the Chinese 年糕 with outer layer of shredded Coconut.
To me, it tastes like Gula Melaka. =X

I like the Pumpkin-shaped ones. =D
Totally like Mochi. =P

#17 Sweetened Lotus Paste with Lily Bulb and Glutinous Rice Dumpling
百合莲子汤丸羹

My type of Tong Shui!
Similar to my Almond Paste. =P
