Without proper eating habit, it is almost impossible for you to get defined abs, unless you are a very hardcore body builder.

As for me, even though I worked out quite often but hey, I doubt my workouts are hardcore enough to burn all those calories from the fatty and/or oily food, of course sweet indulgence too.

If you are a long-term clean eater, like me, sometimes you might find CLEAN food a bit too bland and boring at times. Frankly speaking, we can still have some flavours in our food but with close calories and nutrition facts watching.
